Field service solutions specialist ByBox has appointed Claudine Mosseri as Managing Director of its latest acquisition, Milton Keynes based echo.
In her new role at the helm Claudine, a former Royal Navy Communication Technician, will steer a new course for echo, integrating ByBox Technical Services, which has been the fastest growing division of ByBox, into the company to create a single source solution.
Renowned for delivering high quality technical and logistical support echo serves a range of markets including IT, reprographics and epos.
With its exemplary levels of customer service and technical expertise setting a benchmark for other outsource providers in the marketplace, echo counts blue-chip companies such as Fujitsu, and Unisys amongst its high profile portfolio of customers.
echo offers a complete end-to-end solution, supporting its customers' mission-critical SLAs with a team of more than 320 mobile staff offering a flexible engineering resource across the UK, backed up by access to a pool of fully qualified engineers.
The company can source parts, manage warehousing, distribution, low-level swap outs and simple installations right through to complex, high-end engineering tasks, as well as managing the return loop and carrying out repairs if necessary.

Claudine's responsibility is to oversee the smooth integration of both companies to provide a strong platform from which to grow echo.

Claudine's career began in the Navy, where she was a Communication Technician specialising as an Arab linguist. The role was a key position within the Navy, carrying a huge amount of responsibility in terms of security.
After six years in the Navy she travelled the world for 18 months before returning to the UK where she became PA for the Managing Director of established logistics company Hays DX. Her talents were spotted and she was swiftly promoted to Contract Manager, then Project Manager for Operations.
Claudine joined ByBox in 2004 when it acquired Hays DX and her career continued to flourish, with promotion to Head of Account Management then to Customer Services Director. She was part of the team which formed ByBox' seven day a week distribution network and helped to expand ByBox' network into France.
Claudine counts drive and enthusiasm, hard work and sheer determination among her key strengths. In her spare time she sings in a band.
