Toyota Material Handling UK receive official membership of CILT

Toyota Material Handling UK representatives, Operations Director Tony Wallis

and Commercial Director Sam Coles joined CILT President Peter Hendy for the

formal presentation of the company's membership plaque which took place on

Thursday 6 October 2011.


During the presentation, at the Best Western Rockingham Forest Hotel Peter

Hendy outlined the main aims of the CILT and the importance of its

partnerships with members and the platform it supplies them with to share

information.


Like CILT, Toyota is dedicated to improvement and developing excellence both

internally and within the industry, working to support training and

presenting guides of best practice to encourage safer working environments.


Sam Coles commented: "We were proud to be invited to an official

presentation of our membership plaque. At Toyota we are dedicated to

developing and sharing best practice in the industry especially when it

comes to training and safety in the workplace. To be associated with the

CILT is an honour and in complete alignment with our aims as a company."


He added: "We look forward to sharing our knowledge with the other members

of the CILT and working together to achieve excellence in the industry."
