Specialist washing company Aggregate Processing Solutions opens new offices in Cambridgeshire

Aggregate Processing Solutions, the specialist washing arm of the Finlay Group, has opened new offices in Cambridgeshire.

The new site in Fulbourn, on the south east edge of Cambridge, will support the company's head office in Stafford and provide a platform for growth across the southern region.

A 5,000 square feet workshop and 8,000 square feet compound area at the site will also boost Aggregate Processing Solutions' commitment to supplying a fast spares and service delivery programme for the region - and support the company's expanding hire business.

Set up in 2004 to provide a bespoke, turnkey solution in the provision of screening-washing and crushing equipment, Aggregate Processing Solutions sells complete systems, as well as contracting and hiring of processing equipment.

Every aspect is covered, including the latest innovations in water clarification and silt recovery - with the expertise to deliver solutions in harmony with planning and environmental restrictions.

The company holds a UK and Ireland dealership for the Italian Centrifuge manufacturers Baioni.

Aggregate Processing Solutions are also dealers for Pilot Crushtec and Terex Finlay, as well as TRIO.

By offering a broad range of systems, the company is able to provide specialist processing equipment to handle sand and gravel, inert waste washing and the more specialised recycling operations, including bespoke systems to meet clients' exact needs.

John Dunne, managing director of Aggregate Processing Solutions, said: "The new site in Cambridgeshire, with its proximity to the M11, has excellent links to London, and will enable us to deliver a sales, technical support, hire and after-sales service specifically for the southern region.

"We are already looking to create three new jobs and expect that figure to grow in the future."
