Entries are now open for the 2025 Logistics Awards, and organisations and individuals across the industry are being urged to submit nominations ahead of the fast-approaching deadline of 5pm on 4 July 2025.
Now in its ninth year, the annual awards ceremony—organised by Logistics UK—will once again recognise excellence across the logistics industry, culminating in a black-tie gala and awards reception on 11 December at London’s Park Plaza Hotel, overlooking the River Thames.
Among the key categories this year is the Rising Star of the Year Award, which has been enhanced for 2025 to further highlight outstanding emerging talent.
The strongest nominees will be profiled in a dedicated skills supplement in Logistics Magazine this September, with a final shortlist of five individuals announced ahead of the December awards.
“People are the lifeblood of our sector, and the next generation of professionals deserve to be recognised for the fantastic jobs they are doing,” said Kevin Green, Acting Chief Executive of Logistics UK.
“The Logistics Awards, and the Rising Star of the Year award in particular, help achieve this and show the broad variety of roles and incredible employers within the logistics sector. I am sure that all the Rising Star nominees will go on to have unbelievable careers.”
The Rising Star category is open to individuals from any area of logistics with fewer than five years’ experience, and nominations are welcome from across the sector.
Benz Sirikorn Mecasuwandamrong, winner of the 2024 Rising Star of the Year award and a supply chain professional at Ligentia, said: “I would urge anyone who is considering nominating someone to do it.
"While it was an honour for me to win the Rising Star Award last year, being nominated was just as important as it shows your efforts are valued.
"Winning the award has fuelled my passion even further to keep learning, growing, making meaningful contributions to the industry, and collaborating with others to shape the future of supply chain and logistics.”
