Visitors to the RTITB exhibition stand at the International Materials Handling Exhibition IMHX 2016 in September discovered how LGV and materials handling training can improve safety, maximise efficiency, reduce operational costs and boost ROI.
“With so many visitors to our stand, being part of IMHX 2016 proved to be extremely valuable,” says Laura Nelson, Managing Director of RTITB, the preferred workplace transport training regulatory body. “Our expert team had countless conversations with all different kinds of businesses about the benefits of our approach to delivering our bespoke LGV and materials handling training solutions.”
In addition, RTITB hosted the heats of the International Forklift Operator of the Year competition at the show, where 40 top international forklift operators competed for a space in the Grand Final of the competition, due to take place in early 2017.
“Workplace transport safety is crucial for logistics sector success,” says Laura. “Hopefully our participation in IMHX 2016 and the International Forklift Operator of the Year competition have helped to raise awareness of this important area.”
