Pinewood has released a range of updated dealer to manufacturer software integrations for Jaguar, Land Rover, BMW, Volkswagen and Volvo franchises.
The enhancements made vary from franchise to franchise but are all aimed at increasing customer service levels, dealer productivity and profitability by increasing communication between Pinnacle and each manufacturers' own systems.
Neville Briggs, managing director, said: "Effective integration is essential to modern dealer management software. If the DMS cannot work seamlessly with manufacturer systems, then the potential benefits to the dealer are severely compromised.
"Because of this, we regularly review the integrations written for Pinnacle to take account of changing technology, needs and market conditions. These latest improvements have all been made very much with the fundamentals of dealer performance in mind - service, profitability and productivity."
Because Pinnacle is provided on a software-as-a-service basis - meaning it is hosted by Pinewood and used by dealers through secure web links - the integration updates will be made without the need for each dealer to install new software.
