Members of the UK and Europe's leading palletised distribution network gathered at the St George's Park Hilton hotel for the Palletforce Annual General Meeting.
Following the AGM, a glittering evening event was held and hosted by Roy Walker, former presenter of Catchphrase.
The money - the most ever raised at a Palletforce AGM - was raised by an auction, with prizes including VIP tickets to watch IL Divo The Eagles, a signed Andy Murray montage and a signed Sebestian Vettel cap, and a raffle with prizes including a mini iPad, and a case of champagne.
The money will be split between Palletforce's chosen charities The Midlands Air Ambulance and The Brain Tumour Charity.
"I was honoured to attend Palletforce's AGM," said Sofia Voutianitis, Corporate Fundraising Manager for Midlands Air Ambulance Charity.
"The company's support has been tremendous and their generous donation will help to fund several life-saving missions within the Midlands."
"The Palletforce AGM dinner was a fantastic occasion and the money it raised will make a real impact on the pioneering research we fund," said Ellie Griffiths, Appeals Fundraiser at The Brain Tumour Charity.
"We are honoured to have had the support of Palletforce for many years and are looking forward to working with the company in the future.
"Support from the business community in the Midlands is vital if we are to defeat the biggest cancer killer of children and adults under 40."
Michael Conroy, Chief Executive of Palletforce, said: "We are absolutely delighted at the amount raised, although not surprised at the generosity of Palletforce members.
"After spending the day hearing about our year of record-breaking volumes it is fitting that we went on to break our own record for the amount of money raised for our chosen charities at our AGM."
