Leading commercial vehicle company Euroway Group has announced the appointment of a new additional member of its main board of directors, with the recent arrival of Robert Oliphant as Technical Director at the Leighton Buzzard based company.
Well-known within the commercial vehicle industry, Robert will have responsibilities for optimising the company's fleet spend and purchasing requirements.
A qualified engineer with extensive experience in fleet management and vehicle maintenance, Robert has over 18 years management experience gained in a variety of fleet roles at Norbert Dentressangle, Gullivers Truck Hire, Fowler Welch
Coolchain, Stagecoach, Exel Logistics and BRS.
"This opportunity at Euroway will enable me to utilise the experience I have achieved in negotiating with manufacturers and suppliers at local and national levels as well as my experience of operating vehicle workshops both as internal cost and external profit centres.
