Miles bigger team at Frederick R Miller

Logistics firm Frederick R Miller, part of Palletways, Europe’s largest and fastest growing express palletised freight network, has grown its team with two key appointments.


The logistics firm, based in Shackleford in Surrey, has appointed Adrian Westwood as new managing director to drive further growth. Prior to joining Frederick R Miller, Adrian worked as a management consultant for 15 years, working across operations, bid management and business strategy. He also handled a diverse portfolio of clients including Brakes Food Services, Muller Wiseman, Screwfix and Ikea. Before then, he was Business Development Manager within the logistics industry.


Adrian said: “Frederick R Miller is an impressive business. It has grown so much over the last few years and I look forward to working with the whole team to build on this. I’m also excited with the opportunities working with Palletways will bring both in the UK and Europe.”


Frederick R Miller has also appointed Jo Kavanagh who joins as customer service manager who will be responsible for day-to-day contact with the firm’s customer base as well as being an integral part of the drive to constantly seek out and develop new and exciting business opportunities.
