Logistics software and warehouse equipment company Savoye open new headquarters in Coalville

Savoye, one of the world's leading logistics software and warehouse equipment solution providers, has strengthened its commitment to the UK market with the opening of its new UK headquarters in Coalville, Leicestershire. The new facility marks a further milestone in the company's development in the UK, where it counts the likes of Britvic, Hallmark, Next and Staples as key customers.

The new office has been chosen specifically to offer a more flexible working environment for the 30 UK staff, while also offering facility to showcase new innovations to customers. This includes the company's latest video maintenance tool Visio as well as its pick-by-light system. Situated just off the M1 at Junction 22 in the heart of the UK, the new office also puts Savoye within easy reach of most major cities.

Martin Elliott, Savoye's UK sales director, commented: "The last twelve months have seen Savoye continue to build its reputation as a leading total solution provider here in the UK. The office move forms part of our continued dedication to developing our market share and builds on the company's international expansion."

"The company has seen a rise in sales enquiries in the first quarter of 2010 and our board is committed to capitalising on the huge growth potential in the UK."

It is also intended that the new UK office will act as an aftersales support hub for all of Savoye's English speaking customer services team for both the UK and North American markets, further strengthening the UK operation's position within Savoye's international plans.
