Automation, data and integrated design take centre stage as BEUMER Group prepares to showcase how tomorrow’s distribution centres can work faster, smarter and with greater resilience.

At LogiMAT 2026 in Stuttgart, the intralogistics specialist will present a suite of technologies and system concepts aimed at improving efficiency and future-proofing warehouse and distribution operations. Exhibiting in Hall 5, Stand 5C51, the company will offer live demonstrations alongside expert-led discussions on emerging trends shaping the sector.

Building on its positioning as “Your Partner of Choice”, BEUMER Group is highlighting high-quality, end-to-end solutions for modern order fulfilment. Central to this is the Innovation Corner, which brings together specialists in robotics, software and data analysis to explore how automation and digitalisation are reshaping intralogistics.

Innovation plays a central role in the company’s long-term strategy, with ongoing investment in new technologies, digital business models and the continuous development of its portfolio. At LogiMAT, this focus is brought to life through practical examples and open dialogue, giving visitors the opportunity to examine how advances in robotics, intelligent software and data-driven services can be translated into real operational benefits.

A key attraction on the stand is a live demonstration of the BG Pouch System with AutoDrop. The system enables fully automatic, contactless unloading of pouches, reducing order throughput times while minimising the space required in unloading areas. BEUMER Group will also demonstrate how robot-assisted loading concepts for pouch and sorting systems interact seamlessly with intelligent software such as its Warehouse Control System, illustrating the importance of integrated system design.

Completing the order fulfilment process, the company’s stretch hood technology for B2B applications will be presented as a solution for efficient and sustainable load protection. Designed to be maintenance-friendly, the technology also offers environmentally responsible material options, aligning operational efficiency with sustainability goals.

Data-driven services form another major pillar of BEUMER Group’s LogiMAT presence. The BEUMER Customer Diagnostic Center (CDC) provides continuous, data-based support for system optimisation and predictive maintenance. Advanced diagnostic models monitor performance in real time, identifying potential issues before they escalate into faults. Customer data models are updated throughout the day, enabling early detection of negative trends and targeted interventions to help prevent unplanned downtime. Visitors to the stand will be able to see how these digital tools create greater transparency and efficiency across distribution centre operations.

The solutions on show are designed to meet the specific requirements of a wide range of sectors, including fashion, e-commerce, e-pharma, courier, express and parcel services, and third-party logistics providers. Across these industries, operators face common challenges such as handling increasingly diverse product ranges, automating complex sorting and packaging processes, and ensuring high levels of system availability. BEUMER Group’s portfolio is positioned to address these demands through scalable, industry-focused solutions.

“The Innovation Corner demonstrates how advanced technology, proven products and deep system expertise come together to deliver real value for our customers,” explains Dr Volker Jungbluth, Head of Innovation & Development at BEUMER Group. “We are committed to shaping the future of intralogistics with our partners, developing innovative, scalable solutions that meet their specific requirements.”

With its blend of live technology, expert insight and data-driven services, BEUMER Group’s LogiMAT 2026 appearance underlines the growing role of integrated automation and intelligent support in building resilient, high-performance distribution operations.
