Glencar has secured a major North London contract to build a 109,031 sq ft industrial and logistics development for Valor Real Estate.
Valor Park Enfield will be built at Millmarsh Lane and will provide a Grade A warehouse with office space, a service yard, car parking and supporting infrastructure.
The design-and-build contract will also include Section 278 highway improvements linked to the development.
The appointment follows Glencar’s completion of Valor Park Tottenham, where it delivered about 72,000 sq ft of last-mile logistics space on a constrained urban site.
Valor has now selected the contractor for a second scheme as it continues to expand its industrial and logistics portfolio.
The Enfield development is targeting BREEAM Excellent certification and a predicted EPC A+ rating.
Photovoltaic panels will be installed as part of the sustainability measures, while the construction programme will also include social value initiatives intended to support the local community.
Enabling works began in June 2026, with the main construction contract scheduled to start on 3 August.
Completion is expected in April 2027.

Jones added that Glencar would work closely with Valor and the wider project team to deliver the scheme.

Valor Park Enfield is intended to provide flexible industrial accommodation for occupiers operating in logistics, distribution and the wider supply chain.
The professional team includes Christopher Smith Associates as project manager, employer’s agent and quantity surveyor.
Chetwoods has been appointed as architect, with Burrows Graham serving as structural engineer.
