GS1 UK awards accredited solution partner status to BEC systems integration

Lancashire based, BEC (Systems Integration) Ltd is one of the first companies accredited in the UK, under the new 'Solution Partner Accreditation' scheme from Supply Chain Standards body, GS1 UK. The award is a stamp of approval from GS1 UK, for the company's knowledge and understanding of GS1 standards and the GS1 System; and follows client-facing staff at BEC, being amongst the first in the country, to pass the accreditation examinations.


Accreditation in Barcoding

BEC (Systems Integration) Ltd, who specialise in the design and deployment of Automated Data Capture and Identification solutions for the supply chain; recently received the accreditation for their barcoding capabilities, which provide clients' with full product traceability from shop floor through to delivery. The accreditation validates BEC's knowledge and understanding of global GS1 standards.

Developed by GS1, the accreditation scheme displays a duty of care to GS1 members; providing assurance that they can find a solution partner who understands and can implement GS1 compliant solutions.
