Expansion of national and international business is forcing hygiene products and service provider Environmental Biotech to move its European headquarters into larger premises.
The Environmental Biotech group of companies will now be housed under one roof in a stylish 40,000ft2 3,800m2 office and warehouse facility in Maldon, Essex.
Recently the North American arm of the fast growing hygiene business also moved into purpose-built facilities in Sarasota, Florida.
The newly acquired premises in Essex will now become the operations centre for Environmental Biotech, the parent Company that provides a nationwide wastewater systems management service for retailers such as ASDA, McDonalds and the Premier Inn network. Environmental Biotech vegetative bacteria to remove the FOG - fats, oils and grease - that emanates from commercial kitchens and causes blockages in drain networks that bring health and hygiene risks. The Environmental Biotech bacteria consume the fat coagulations to maintain the flow for efficient and risk-free drainage systems.
M & M Asset Management is the Group's pump engineering specialist service that complements the Environmental Biotech process and delivers pumping solutions, repairs and maintenance to the fluid handling industry. WHR Facilities Management is a newly formed Company that provides total service provision for property maintenance and management across the UK for hotels and restaurants of the Whitbred group.
Maldon will also now become the HQ for the B-Environmental Swisher Hygiene Service network, the franchise operation that provides sanitizing and health protection services for all work and meeting places throughout the UK. The warehouse facility will enhance the B-Environmental Swisher products that support the premier service from Swisher.
