Leading air charter broker and Royal Warrant holder, Air Partner, has been awarded the International Organisation for Standardisation's prestigious ISO 9001 (v 2008) accreditation. This certification recognises Air Partner's adoption of a quality management system focused on continuous improvement and customer satisfaction across the company's European offices in Austria, France, Germany, Italy, Sweden and Switzerland. Air Partner's French office was the first to be accredited in 2006 and the Group is delighted to announce that its other European offices have now successfully completed the process, with plans to extend this to the rest of the Group in due course.
The accreditation is based on three key areas: safety, transparency and quality of service. Air Partner's European teams have worked tirelessly throughout the last year to adopt best practice in all aspects of the work they do, ahead of an external audit to measure the processes that have been implemented. In early February 2013, Air Partner was awarded the ISO 9001 (v 2008) certificate across all six European offices, which will remain valid for the next three years.
Jonathan Raimbault, Air Partner's Group Quality Manager, said, "The auditors that we dealt with during this process highlighted the professionalism of Air Partner's teams across our network of European offices, and the Group's continual focus on exceeding client expectations. We are delighted to have received this accreditation; as a global leader in air charter broking, we are constantly seeking new ways in which to meet and exceed existing industry standards. The ISO 9001 (v 2008) accreditation provides a clear marker of excellence and demonstrates the importance we place on quality of service."
