Goplasticpallets.com, the UK's leading independent supplier of plastic pallets, welcomes Russell Smith, who has been appointed as Business Development Manager to boost the company's range of plastic boxes.
Russell joins Goplasticpallets.com with a wealth of knowledge and experience in the plastic packaging industry. For the last four years, Russell has worked for the world's largest manufacturer of plastic returnable packaging for materials handling, Schoeller Arca Systems.
From his position as Distributor Development Manager at Schoeller Arca Systems, Russell was promoted to Key Account Manager, responsible for managing the company's most prestigious accounts, including major supermarket chains, and collaborating with other senior management personnel in Europe to drive the company's marketing communications.
Prior to joining Schoeller Arca Systems, Russell spent four years with Hayes, managing the lifecycle of the company's plastic boxes from purchase to supply and repair, and previously worked for GPG Containers.
