Meet the automation experts in the AMHSA Pavilion at IMHX 2013

With over 25 members of the Automated Material Handling Systems Association (AMHSA) exhibiting at IMHX, logistics automation will once again be well represented at the UK's leading materials handling and storage event.

Many of these automated handling suppliers will be clustered in and around the AMHSA Pavilion in hall 19 of the show. As well as providing an exclusive area for hospitality, the AMHSA Pavilion will feature a small presentation theatre in which visitors can benefit from 15-minute 'Meet the Expert' talks on a range of automation topics.

Explained Peter Lerigo, AMHSA President, "IMHX provides our members with a fantastic opportunity to meet prospective buyers of automated solutions and also to network with their existing customers. As the voice of the automated handling industry, AMHSA is seeking to educate as many visitors as possible about the benefits of automation and answer any queries they may have."

The presentations - which will mostly be given by AMHSA members - feature a range of subjects including Augmented Reality Systems, Smart Procurement, Software as a Service and Automated Guided Vehicles. The special guest speaker will be Tony Ventrella, a barrister and Legal Director at Ventrella Associates. As a key member of the MF/1 Model Contract Drafting Committee, Tony will share his commercial and legal expertise on MF/1 in relation to automated handling projects, as well as on the topic of Letters of Intent.
