Magnus takes seven new trailers

Schmitz Cargobull has delivered seven new trailers to warehousing, distribution and towage specialists Magnus Group.

The new Schmitz Cargobull trailers will be used by Magnus to service their distribution contract with Celotex – a manufacturer and supplier of insulating foam to the construction industry.

At the start of this year Magnus signed a new distribution contract agreement with Celotex and the new trailers will form part of a dedicated fleet that delivers Celotex products directly from the company's manufacturing plant in Hadleigh, near Ipswich, to builders merchants and construction sites throughout the UK.

In addition to the new trailers, Schmitz Cargobull has supplied and fitted new curtains with Celotex's livery to existing trailers in the Magnus fleet.

John Stringer, Magnus's general manager, commented: "We have specified Schmitz Cargobull trailers for a number of years. Schmitz Cargobull always delivers its products on time and to the right specification."

With its headquarters close to the A14 in Suffolk, the privately-owned Magnus Group operates a large fleet of vehicles and trailers and delivers a broad range of products throughout the UK and mainland Europe.
