The Board of Cybit Group Holdings Ltd is delighted to announce the appointment of Bill Henry as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Mr Henry has been appointed to lead the expansion of the group and build on Cybit's 10-year track record of profitable European growth.
Mr Henry has more than 20 years of experience running international technology companies. Prior to joining Cybit, Mr. Henry was the CEO of TeleAtlas the global-leader in digital mapping and a member of the TomTom executive team.
Cybit Holdings Plc was recently acquired and taken private by Francisco Partners, a $5bn global technology-focused investment group that provides transformation capital to accelerate business growth.

In addition to his role at TeleAtlas, Bill Henry was Chief Operating Officer charged with turning around iSOFT, one of the world's largest providers of healthcare IT solutions. He was also CEO at Star Technology Services, a division of Message Labs Group and has held executive roles at PeopleSoft, and Bellcore/Telcordia Technologies, Sprint and Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC).
