Recognising excellent customer care and trading standards, the Fork Lift Truck Association (FLTA) has welcomed Alcester fork truck dealer Easy Truck Material Handling into its ranks as a Full Member.
Opened in 2009 by husband and wife team, Kevin and Georgina Ryan, Easy Truck Material Handling has defied the recession by offering high quality fork truck services with a strong emphasis on customer care. As a result, the company has prospered, supplying and servicing materials handling equipment across the Midlands and Warwickshire.
Membership of the FLTA, the UK's leading authority on fork lift trucks, requires that companies meet strict quality requirements. As such, the FLTA members’ badge is recognised, nationwide, as a seal of professionalism. Achieving this status places the Alcester firm alongside the industry's biggest and most recognised names.
The Association exists to raise standards in the fork lift truck industry. As well as needing a good reputation and financial security, Members sign up to a stringent code of practice, covering business conduct, customer service and safety, and gain access to world-class technical expertise.
