Aggregate Processing Solutions (APS) has been awarded dealership of a new state-of-the-art material recovery unit.
The Proflow DS has been developed in response to the increased demand for mobile material separation.
It combines the latest flip-flow technology with tried and tested air density separation in one semi-mobile modular unit.
These qualities make the Proflow DS the ideal solution for trommel fines, mixed debris and compost, as well as Solid Recovered Fuel (SRF) and Refuse Derived Fuel (RDF).
With a direct drive system, the Proflow DS screen box drives each deck individually, maximising agitation to more difficult to process material, which could potentially disrupt the air density separation.
This pre-screening process means that a clean, mid-grade material is evenly fed in to the air density separator – providing an effective, high tonnage solution that consistently processes material to the desired density, size or shape.
Processed material can range from heavier products, including stone and wood, through to metal and lights, including paper and plastic.
