The UK logistics sector will converge on the Midlands next summer in a landmark collaboration that promises to reshape the industry’s exhibition landscape.
From 30 June to 2 July 2026, two major venues – the NEC Birmingham and NAEC Stoneleigh – will jointly host UK Logistics Week, billed as the country’s new annual destination for logistics innovation, collaboration and business opportunity.
At the NEC, long-established exhibitions including Multimodal, Warehouse., Yard. and eDX will run side by side in connected halls, while a shuttle service will link the venue to the Road Transport Expo at Stoneleigh. Together, organisers expect to draw more than 25,000 logistics professionals.
The event is being positioned not just as a co-location of shows, but as what organisers describe as the “epicentre of UK logistics innovation and commerce.”
Robert Jervis, Event Director of Multimodal, said the decision was a natural evolution after nearly two decades of growth. “Our 2026 event was already on track to be a record-breaker, welcoming over 13,500 highly-engaged visitors and hundreds of exhibitors. This collaboration reflects that same drive to excel – it’s about enhancing the attendee experience and increasing tangible outcomes for our partners and exhibitors.”
For Warehouse. and Yard., the focus will be on giving delegates both breadth and depth. Managing Director Nairn Foster said: “UK Logistics Week has been designed to offer unrivalled breadth and depth… Spanning every element of the logistics supply chain – from ports, freight and warehousing to yard management, last-mile delivery and road transport – it gives visitors the ability to see how the entire ecosystem connects. Yet it also allows professionals to focus in on their specific area of interest.”
Vic Bunby, Event Director of Road Transport Expo, added: “We are delighted to be a core partner in UK Logistics Week. We know that being part of this initiative will not only give our exhibitors an enhanced experience – but all visitors to all of the shows will benefit. More content, more exhibitors, more networking and more time efficient for everyone. It’s a win-win.”
The combined platform will bring together established exhibitions across freight, warehousing, yard operations, last-mile delivery and road transport. Collectively, it is projected to attract more than 30,000 logistics professionals, including over 6,000 cross-sector buyers looking to invest across the supply chain.
