Transline driver recruitment relocate

Leading driver recruitment firm, Transline, has relocated its North West and training operations to a development of state-of-the-art serviced offices in Trafford Park, Manchester.

Having previously been located within the Argos Direct warehouse near the Trafford Centre, Transline North West had its hand forced by the catalogue giant's decision to relocate its national operations to Castleford in Yorkshire.

Despite having recently been awarded the Argos Castleford contract, the Halifax-based recruiter needed a new North West base to house its regional operations and rapidly expanding training division.

Staying within the Trafford Park area was essential for the management team due to the company's large client base in the area.

"We were keen to upgrade to an environment with more scope for the development and expansion of our training team," said Transline Director, Paul Beasley. "Serviced offices appealed because of the variety of services available and the pro-business environment."

Sites surrounding Salford Quays and Manchester United's Old Trafford Stadium were visited and it was near the latter location where a large area of serviced office space in a vibrant modern commercial building was identified as a prime location.

'Warren Bruce Court' off Warren Bruce Road was perfectly positioned for commercial and distribution centres as well as transport links. After a full site evaluation, a decision was made to occupy the facility from August 2009 onwards.

Transline Senior Manager, Stephen Carr, who last week led the North West team into its new surroundings, said: "Our new home is a very stimulating working environment. We've already seen the positive impression that high quality communal facilities and excellent business support gives off and have benefitted from the networking opportunities that are available to us within the facility."

Paul Beasley added: "We're delighted with our decision to relocate to Warren Bruce Court and are confident that as we continue to develop our operations the facility will be able to accommodate us."
