Toyota Material Handling UK launched a new bi-monthly e-newsletter this week dedicated to sharing knowledge and promoting best practice in the workplace.
Aiming to offer an insight into the company and advice on best practice, Toyota Knowledgebase is a subscription only digital newsletter. It will be distributed bi-monthly to a database of customers and those interested in sharing business and workplace best practice, health and safety and the Toyota Production System.
Each issue will focus on a different topic relevant to the business industry - the first issue will focus on the changes in the UK Bribery Act, introduce Toyota's year of safety and include an introduction to the Toyota Production System (TPS). Future issues will follow the same theme with a Hot Topic, Safety advice and the tools of TPS that can be applied to any business.
Also included in the newsletter will be a YouTube link showing best and worst driving examples which have been sent in by readers and top safety tips from the safety checklist.
Supporting material from both Toyota Material Handling as well as third parties will also be available for extended reading and recipients will be encouraged to give feedback on topics covered and suggestions for new content.
Knowledgebase will also supply links to free resources initially the Toyota Manual Handling Guide and Pride in Performance pack.
