Palletower, supplier of Europe's largest range of specialised pallets and handling equipment, is launching a range of cost-saving roll pallets, designed, built and stocked in-house, and being targeted at the retail sector, as well as all areas of manufacturing.
With high reliability and low cost as the key factors, Palletower has designed a range of quality-built 'nestable' and 'demountable' roll pallets that are not only economically priced, but also offer dramatic improvements in space utilisation.
"We construct our roll pallets in strong, zinc-plated steel ensuring an attractive appearance and long life, at a price that bucks the worldwide trend for soaring raw material inflation. Saving valuable space when not in use was a priority design factor. Palletower's roll pallets are available in two key formats: 'nestable', where folded units fit neatly inside each other, much like supermarket trolleys; and 'demountable' where the roll pallet is taken apart to become almost flat-pack.
Security is often a prime consideration, so roll pallets are also available with interlocking lids, bases and sides that can be securely fastened, but can also be quickly and easily folded when not in use to maximise space utilisation.
"As with all Palletower products, we offer a very wide range of stock designs, but we also design to the most stringent and unique customer specifications – and then produce in whatever quantity is required, from tens to tens of thousands.
"Our large warehouse facilities allows us to hold over 10,000 roll pallets – stored to save space in the same way that our customers do – and to supply in large or small quantities from stock. We also pride ourselves in being able to manufacture and deliver to tight deadlines," Paul Hutchins adds.
