Logistics UK has unveiled the shortlist for its Rising Star of the Year Award, part of the prestigious Logistics Awards 2025, which will mark their ninth year when they return this December.

The winners will be announced at a gala evening and celebratory dinner at the Park Plaza Hotel, overlooking the River Thames in London, on 11 December 2025.

The annual Logistics Awards are the only honours for the industry, by the industry, with entries representing the full breadth of the sector – from road, rail and water to air freight, logistics operators, manufacturers and support services.

The Rising Star of the Year award recognises individuals with fewer than five years’ experience who have already excelled in their role and shown clear potential for future success. For 2025, the award has been further enhanced, with all entrants to be featured in a forthcoming Logistics Magazine skills supplement.
