Expansion within Pall-Ex Network Development heralds new appointment
Maurice Birkett has been appointed as Senior Network Development Manager at Pall-Ex, the UK's No. 1 Pallet Network. Reporting to Maurice are the Network Development Regional Managers and Team Co-coordinator.
The team maintains regular contact with all of the existing 100 + depots, throughout the UK and Ireland. Its wide ranging responsibilities include supporting depots to help them develop business, and ensuring they comply with standards of service and use of the Pall-Ex corporate identity.
Maurice has a wealth of expertise within distribution, having worked for Amtrak Express, APC and Guardsman UK, as well as in owning his own business and advising companies as a logistics consultant.

Living in Wooler, Northumberland, Maurice will maintain direct regional responsibility for Scotland and parts of Northern England. His hobbies include a range of extreme sports such as water skiing, snow skiing and British motorcycling. He is a proud family man who enjoys watching his sons in various sporting events.
