New Earth Solutions Ltd, the specialist waste treatment and resource recovery company has launched the New Earth Solutions Recycling Facilities Investment Sub-Fund ("the Fund") and is attracting experienced retail investors to invest in the rapid expansion of New Earth Solutions' facilities nationwide.
The Fund, which is listed on the Channel Islands Stock Exchange is available via SIPP and offshore Bond providers and has been launched in conjunction with the Isle of Man based investment fund provider, The Premier Group.
Adrian Jones, Financial Director of New Earth Solutions said, "This new fund will help accelerate the development of our sustainable waste management initiatives throughout the UK. It will enable New Earth Solutions to continue the roll out of its advanced waste treatment facilities assisting local authorities in meeting their statutory recycling targets and landfill diversion obligations".
To begin with the Fund will invest in the operational plant at Canford Park in Dorset and in the final construction of a brand new facility in North Kent.
According to David Whitaker, Director of the Fund, "In launching the Fund we aim to provide investors with the opportunity to obtain long-capital growth by investing in proven, effective, and efficient waste management technologies. The Fund is available through the products of many leading international life companies and SIPP providers including AEGON Scottish Equitable International Premier Account, Hornbuckle Mitchell Trustees and Scottish Provident International Choice Portfolio, and this list is growing daily".
Within the last two years, New Earth Solutions has been contracted to develop advanced treatment facilities by five local authorities, and current clients include Bournemouth Borough Council, Kent County Council, Dorset County Council, Bristol City Council and Leicestershire County Council.
Each New Earth Solutions facility encompasses advanced treatment technologies that are designed to process waste within a controlled environment. Incorporating state of the art processes, a single facility can produce a range of recyclable products, organic compost, and sustainable fuel. The facilities include comprehensive emissions control systems which prevent the release of odours and bio-aerosols which are usually associated with traditional waste treatment. The bespoke technology is designed to maximize bio stabilisation processes and resource recovery and may be configured for both source segregated and residual waste streams.
