Maxim (GB) Ltd, the distributor of Baoli forklifts in the UK, is pleased to announce that it has increased its dealer network by signing DAB Handling, WR Material Handling and other forklift specialists as Baoli dealers for Scotland, Gloucestershire as well as for Hull, Grimsby and Doncaster. Due to these additional dealerships Maxim's network of more than 25 dealers is now offering nationwide coverage for Baoli products and services.
In Scotland, DAB Handling and McGregor Fork Lift Services decided to sign with Maxim in order to provide the full range of Baoli products with capacities up to ten tons. DAB Handling is based close to Glasgow, and covers southern Scotland including Glasgow and Edinburgh, while McGregor covers all of Northern Scotland including Aberdeen and Dundee.
"With practical Baoli forklifts we supplement our portfolio with trucks from the value segment, so we are now able to meet the requirements of our customers", explains Lee Hemphill, Managing Director of DAB Handling. "Reliable local and professional after-sales service is a key element to support our customers. It was crucial for our decision that Baoli is able to supply original spare parts from their parts warehouse in Windsor, near Heathrow airport. We were impressed that Maxim is also supplying spare parts to other Baoli distributors in Europe."
For the region of Hull, Grimsby and Doncaster WR Material Handling is offering only Baoli trucks as the exclusive dealer since April this year. "We decided to change our forklift supplier and move to Baoli, after viewing the back up and quality of the product during our visit to Maxim at Windsor", comments Michael Pearce, Managing Director of WR Material Handling. "In our discussions with existing Maxim dealers, it was impressive to hear both the technical support given and Baoli's good cost-performance ratio."
In February 2013, Gloucester Lift Trucks signed an agreement with Maxim as exclusive Baoli dealer for Gloucester, Hereford and Swindon regions. Gloucester Lift Trucks provides total solutions for its customers.
