Linde Material Handling (UK) Ltd, based in Basingstoke, has booked a 290m2 stand at next year's Commercial Vehicle Show to present a range of handling equipment for the transport and logistics industries. Linde's exhibits will include the firm's new X range of reach trucks.
Stephen Moule, sales and marketing director at Linde said, 'We feel the CV Show has become an important event in the exhibitions calendar and believe it is an ideal launch pad for the exciting new X range. This, and the wide choice of other products we will exhibit at the CV Show is designed to address transport supply chain issues. Our new and revolutionary X range of reach trucks set new standards for comfort, visibility, stability, economy and productivity. The new range complements our extensive portfolio, from which we already produce and sell bespoke materials handling solutions for every type of industrial and commercial application, with lift capacities from 1 to 52 tonnes.'
'Linde's stand at the CV Show will be its biggest to date and should help the company capitalise on the growing materials handling and logistics interest at the event,' said Richard Gibbs, CV Show and ATS chairman. 'Linde is the largest and best-known materials handling brand to book space so far, but we believe others will follow suit to take advantage of the terrific opportunities on offer.'
Next year's CV Show and ATS at the National Exhibition Centre is open from Tuesday 25 to Thursday 27 April inclusive. It is a business-to-business event with a proven track record as one of the biggest and most successful of its type in Europe.
The event is owned by the CV Show Partnership, comprising the Road Haulage Association, the Institute of Road Transport Engineers, a professional sector of the Society of Operations Engineers and the Society of Motor Manufacturers and Traders. Crystal Communications handles stand space sales for the partnership.
