A new identification tagging system designed to enable quick and simple compliance with Health and Safety legislation from just 20p an item has been launched by Toptags ID Systems.
Ideal for meeting LOLER, PUWER, HAVS, Work at Heights and Decibel level legal requirements, as well as insurance company requirements, the new range from Toptags is suitable for identifying everything from small plant and hand-held equipment to PPE marking, pipes, cables and trunking.
Manufactured from polyester-based thermo plastic polyurethane, the tags offer excellent abrasion resistance and colour retention, are fungus-resistant and tough enough to withstand extremes of temperatures - making them at home in a variety of hostile conditions, from prolonged immersion in water, brine and oils (vegetable and food ingredient) to extensive exposure to UV light. The tags also comply with the US Government's stringent Food and Drug Administration regulations on food contact.
One of four new tags, the new Easitag also has a unique ratchet-style fastening with an arrow head for easy application and can be double fastened for extra security and to prevent risk of snagging.
All the tags have a large printable area and can be supplied either laser printed on one or both sides or supplied plain with an all-weather marker for marking in situ. Available in a range of six colours for colour coding systems, prices start at just 20p for a Small Plant Tag to 67p for an Easitag - and there are substantial discounts for bulk buying.
Part of Denimex, which has a 15 year track record in livestock identification, Toptags ID Systems' full range of tagging solutions can be viewed at www.toptags-id.com.
