Top of the range when it comes to high speed curtains, the V5030SE that will be on display at the Hörmann stand includes all the latest technology and innovation form the German brand, including Hörmann's patented SoftEdge with anti-crash protection system and high tech infrared wireless safety edge.
The V5030SE is becoming an increasingly popular option for warehouses and distribution centres. Able to open at up to 3m/s, this product helps reduce energy wastage in heated or temperature sensitive environments while increasing operational efficiency.
Hörmann's SoftEdge and anti-crash protection system helps protect goods, equipment and staff in the event of an accident on site. The system features a flexible bottom profile that is horizontally stable but vertically flexible and this significantly reduces any potential damage to the door, minimising downtime and saving on repair costs.
A high-tech feature of the V5030SE on the stand is the new wireless safety edge system which uses infrared transmission. A transmitter integrated in the bottom profile transmits the information to a receiver connected to the frame. This means that the high-maintenance coiled cable connection is no longer needed.
