Bobcat has unveiled a new era for its loader line-up, using Demo Days 2026 to showcase its latest compact machines and attachments in real working conditions.

The event, held from 26 May to 4 June, shifted the focus to Bobcat’s loader range following last year’s emphasis on developments in its mini excavator portfolio.

Held at the Doosan Bobcat headquarters for Europe, the Middle East and Africa in Dobris, near Prague, the event featured more than 90 machines from across the Bobcat range.

Customers were also able to test more than 250 attachments and accessories across a wide range of applications.

These included agriculture, construction and demolition, forestry, grading and earthworks, landscaping, lifting and material handling, and road construction.

The 2026 event included Demo Days debuts for the new R-Series Evolution compact loaders, the T650 compact track loader and the MT120 mini track loader.

Katinka Kincses, Bobcat product manager for loaders, said Demo Days had become an important event for dealers and customers across the region.

“It has been 15 years since we started Demo Days and they have proved to be must-visit events for our Bobcat dealers and their customers to try out a wide selection of machines and different types of attachments in working conditions,” she said.

She added that the events continued to provide “ideal occasions” for Bobcat and customers from across EMEA to build closer relationships.

The new R-Series Evolution marks the next stage in Bobcat’s compact loader line-up, offering more choice, greater control and new operator-ready technology.

Bobcat said the next generation skid-steer and compact track loaders introduce major improvements in operator experience, performance and reliability.

The company has also updated the naming of its R-Series models to identify the latest generation of machines.

It said the approach would allow new technology and performance improvements to be introduced more frequently, while giving customers confirmation that they are buying Bobcat’s most current innovations.

The updated compact track loader range includes the T66-2, T76-2 and T86-2.

The skid-steer loader range includes the S66-2, S76-2 and S86-2.

The latest evolution includes a more powerful 115hp engine on the S86-2 and T86-2 models, designed to support high-demand applications.

Other features include up to 3.7m lift height capability, a new 8in touchscreen display with integrated technology and four selectable drive modes to allow operators to adjust machine responsiveness.

Bobcat said further updates had also been made to improve machine quality, durability and uptime.

The company is also expanding its loader range with the new T650 Stage V compact track loader.

Built at Bobcat’s plant in Dobris, the T650 is designed for highly regulated markets across Europe and other Stage V regions.

The machine combines the established performance of Bobcat’s 600-frame M-Series loader with Stage V emissions compliance, without the need for AdBlue.

Powered by a 2.4-litre Bobcat engine delivering 55kW, or 74hp, the T650 is designed for demanding applications while retaining a compact footprint.

It offers a vertical lift path and 1,192kg rated operating capacity, making it suitable for truck loading, pallet handling and earthmoving in confined or sensitive job sites.

Bobcat said the T650 had been designed for durability and uptime, with a steel frame, efficient cooling and broad attachment compatibility through the Bob-Tach mounting system.

Optional High-Flow hydraulics and standard Machine IQ telematics are also available to support smarter fleet management.

The company said operator comfort and precise control were key elements of the new loader.

The T650 is also designed as a tool carrier, allowing customers to use existing Bobcat attachments with unrestricted compatibility.

Its forward cab position and fully transparent door are intended to give operators a full and direct view of the attachment and job site.

LED working lights are fitted to support productivity in low-light conditions.

The new MT120 mini track loader also made its first appearance at Demo Days.

Bobcat said the machine is the most powerful in its class from the manufacturer, offering increased lifting capacity and strong performance in height and reach.

It has been developed for landscaping, construction and ground maintenance professionals.

The MT120 is equipped with a 1.2-litre non-DPF engine and delivers a maximum tipping load of 1,573kg.

At 91cm wide, it is designed for work in tight spaces, while low ground pressure helps protect surfaces.

The machine has a lift height of 2.24m and reach of 56cm, giving it versatility for landscaping work.

Bobcat said the integrated platform offers good visibility and smooth controls for precise and intuitive operation.

The MT120 also includes maintenance-free components, including a DPF-free engine, direct drive system, rollers and bushings.

The company said this would support durability and lower operating costs.

Its low ground pressure and lifting capacity are designed to make it suitable for difficult jobs on established turf or finished concrete.

The mini track loader is compatible with more than 20 categories of attachments, enabling it to be used across a wide range of applications.

Bobcat said Demo Days 2026 underlined the breadth of its compact equipment portfolio and its focus on innovation across loaders, attachments and job-site productivity.

The company, which has been operating since 1958, is owned by Doosan Bobcat, part of the Doosan Group.
