With the Operator of the Year Grand final drawing closer, and with final preparations well underway, RTITB are delighted to announce that B & B Attachments have agreed to support the competition by supplying the attachments that will be fitted to each of the Toyota counterbalance lift trucks used for the practical challenges during the final on September 20th.
Those familiar with the competition will remember the pivotal role various attachments have played in the competition over years - who could forget the carpet boom used in the 2011 final's Hook a Duck challenge? Once again, this year's final will demand each operator's skill and precision over the controls of machine and attachment in order to master each of the Grand Final challenges. It was absolutely vital that the attachments to be used were supplied by an experienced market leader in this field, which is why B&B Attachment's support is so welcome and appreciated.
With over 30 years' experience in materials handling equipment solutions, B & B Attachments are a market leader in the supply of hydraulic lift truck attachments used across a variety of materials handling environments. With a reputation for supplying high quality products and after care that is second-to-none, B & B Attachments is a name that we are proud to have associated with the Operator of the Year Grand Final.
John Lambert, Operations Manager of B&B Attachments discusses his thoughts for this years prestigious Grand Final "We use heavy duty equipment every day in our field, which can be dangerous if those using it aren't trained to the highest level. RTITB places a very strong emphasis on the importance of training, and the Operator of the Year award is demonstrative of that. That's why these awards are so important, and why we're delighted to be a part of it this year."
B & B Attachments' support has allowed us to realise our ambition of taking the Grand Final challenges to the next level, ensuring that the competition continues to test our finalists' ability to operate with precision, skill, and above all other things, safety.
