Whale Tankers has launched its new dedicated online parts service - Whale Parts Direct - which has been developed and designed to provide an easy to use online parts purchasing facility for its customers.
Giving direct access to a stock holding valued at more than £5m, the site offers more than 1,500 products available to order online, including jetting nozzles, filters, gauges, pumps, hoses, reels and other accessories from leading brands such as Molex, Kaiser, Moro, Eurovac, ROM, Jurop, Mistral, nuovaConTec, and Pratissoli, to name but a few.
As well as an extensive product search facility, the site also features a dedicated part identification service, whereby customers can upload a photograph and a brief description of a product they may be seeking from their smart phone, tablet or desktop device and submit to the Whale team which can then advise on the correct replacement part or a suitable alternative.
Paul Sharpe, Parts Manager for Whale, said: “We’re really excited about the launch of Whale Parts Direct as it will provide an efficient, fast and easy to use online purchasing channel for our customers. This service will complement our existing parts ordering activity which will continue in parallel with Whale Parts Direct.
“We know that when a part is required, it is usually needed quickly as to avoid any downtime on a vehicle and exactly the same delivery options will be available online as those currently offered via the normal ordering channels. For customers facing a real emergency, a same day courier service can be arranged on request for certain items at extra cost.
“We are confident our customers will find Whale Parts Direct an extremely useful additional resource to access parts support. It is a service that will provide quality and availability from the name our customers can trust.”
Secure online payments can be made via Sage Pay with all leading credit and debit cards.
