TOYOTA teed off in top form to win this year’s BITA Golf Day, held at Moor Hall Golf Club in Sutton Coldfield, West Midlands.
Steve Hodkinson, Managing Director, and National Account Managers - Mark Austwick, Scott Bryson and Drew Farrell made up the TOYOTA team which won the EnerSys shield and a collection of golfing goodies. Drew Farrell also scooped second prize in the individual event.
“We were up against tough competition but the team played tremendously well”, says Steve Hodkinson. ”It was a fantastic day and the conditions were great with lots of sunshine and just a light breeze.”
James Clark, Secretary General of BITA said: “The BITA golf day has been running for around 20 years and is now one of the major social events for the organisation. It’s a great opportunity for people involved in the industry to get together and enjoy a full day of competitive golf.”
The annual event saw 60 budding golfers battle it out on the 18-hole golf course to win both team and individual prizes.
