TMAT has appointed David Ruminski to the newly created role of Plant Manager as the business looks to improve manufacturing and achieve its goal of £20m turnover.
Previously Head of Operations for Ohly in China, David has considerable experience and expertise in driving operational process, productivity, efficiency and bottom-line improvements at multi-national manufacturing organisations.
TMAT MD Jason Lippitt said: "David has effectively been hand-picked for this newly created role.
"He is highly accomplished in strengthening competitive advantage by reducing costs of products and processes, and those are just the kinds of traits we need in a plant manager as we look to push for our aim of £20m turnover."
