Terberg gears up for Olympics with distribution trucks for customers

In conjunction with its major customers, specialist vehicle supplier Terberg DTS (UK) Ltd has geared up to the forthcoming busy Olympic period by positioning a number of YT distribution vehicles at key locations around the M25, in support of its logistics customers who are involved in supplying goods and services within the Olympic venues and surrounding areas.


According to Alisdair Couper, managing director at Terberg DTS (UK), "We appreciate that the 2012 Olympic Games, and subsequent Paralympic Games, in London will be a very busy period indeed for our logistics customers. We have identified the key risk areas and have proactively positioned these distribution trucks at strategic locations in the London area, in order to support our customers during these intensive few weeks. Speed of response will be critical during the Olympic schedule and we have taken this strategic customer support decision to ensure that our reaction time is kept to a minimum."
