QTR Transport exclusivity delivers competitive advantage for Palletforce

Berkshire-based QTR Transport will operate exclusively for its owners Palletforce when it leaves the Palletline network this week – providing Palletforce members with the best possible distribution solution in the region.

The company is also set to benefit from investment in its fleet, upgraded vehicle tracking systems and a refreshing new company livery.

Market leading express distribution network Palletforce stole a march on its rivals after strategically acquiring QTR Transport from owner Paul White in July this year. Located in Newbury, the company benefits from a strategically attractive position, providing quick and easy access into the Midlands and west London.

In addition to giving Palletforce the strongest possible presence around the A34 and along the M4, the purchase also added significant infrastructure to complement the network’s leading membership in adjoining areas.

QTR’s location and capability will also allow Palletforce to examine the opportunity to create a southern hub.

The business had been a Palletline member but will leave that network this week. QTR will operate exclusively within Palletforce, providing the network’s members and customers with a competitive advantage and reliable and robust distribution solution for the region.

Palletforce has also continued its run of investments, introducing an additional 16 vehicles into the now 70-strong fleet, which has been entirely rebranded to fall in line with the Palletforce image.
