Premier Pallets Systems are enjoying a 200% rise in contract servicing following an agreement signed 18 months ago with B&B Attachments, the UK¡¦s leading supplier for forklift attachments and masts. The world¡¦s leading supplier of Pallet Transfer Systems and 180„a inverters decided to outsource all its servicing following a large increase in its customer base.
Outsourcing has enabled Premier Pallets to provide a much better response to call-out and breakdowns as well as being able to offer customers preventative maintenance contracts that have helped generate the company more business. Among the many blue-chip companies benefiting from B&B Attachments servicing are Asda, Coca-Cola and Smith Kline.

Laptop computers also permit engineers to carry out a range of on-line diagnostic checks on specific types of attachments to ensure that the equipment is kept at peak performance.
