Nine businesses recognised at Wates Supply Chain Awards 2014

Wates has recognised nine businesses at their Supply Chain Awards 2014, which was held last night at the St. Johns hotel in Solihull, handing out ten awards overall. Now in their third year the awards continue to support and recognise Wates supply chain partners and have emerged as a widely celebrated accolade for service providers.


The Wates Supply Chain Awards recognise excellence throughout the supply chain, commending those businesses that are making a positive contribution to successfully delivering projects safely, on time and within budget. There were ten awards presented last night, and within each category, a winner was rewarded for their contribution over the last 12 months.


The winners and highly commended awards in each category are as follows:

Chairman’s Award for Outstanding Contribution by an Individual or Team:

Winner: Paul Hallsworth, ECO-1 Electrical Solutions for Wates Interiors and Retail

The third Annual Supply Chain Awards took place at the St. Johns Hotel in Solihull on Wednesday 17th September and featured up-and-coming comedian Jamie Sutherland for the evening’s entertainment.
