MIQ Logistics today announces the acquisition of The Logistics Corporation Ltd. (TLC). The agreement complements the existing service offering of MIQ Logistics in the UK and Europe by offering customers enhanced end-to-end supply chain solutions, including retail warehousing and fulfillment operations.

As part of the agreement, MIQ Logistics adds multiple warehouse locations and retail-oriented dedicated distribution centers to the company's current locations around the UK.
