The online platform, called THRIVE, went live on 20 October 2025 and offers a central library of trusted resources
Logistics UK has unveiled a new digital hub aimed at improving the mental health and wellbeing of logistics professionals, from HGV drivers to supply chain leaders.
The online platform, called THRIVE, went live on 20 October 2025 and offers a central library of trusted resources covering nutrition, sleep, fitness, workplace wellbeing and positive lifestyle habits. Alongside expert articles and practical tools, it also connects users with external support services and partners.
Content has already been contributed by the Structured Health Intervention For Truckers (SHIFT), the Logistics UK Policy Directorate and Member Advice Centre, and MOTORWAY BUDDY. The hub will also provide direct signposting to the Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM), one of the UK’s leading mental health charities. Logistics UK has committed to highlighting CALM’s fundraising opportunities throughout the year to help sustain its crisis support and suicide prevention work.
Kevin Green, Acting Chief Executive at Logistics UK, said the project reflects the organisation’s commitment to its 22,000 member organisations and their staff: “In an industry where long hours, shift work and high levels of responsibility can put a real strain on wellbeing, we are confident that THRIVE will provide genuine help and guidance to enable us to support our members and their staff with invaluable health and wellbeing resources.”
The hub is designed to grow over time, with new contributors and resources added regularly to reflect the changing needs of the sector. Campaigns, events and partnerships will also form part of THRIVE’s development, with Logistics UK aiming to embed a culture of wellbeing across the industry.
While some resources will be publicly accessible, Logistics UK members will benefit from full, unlimited access as part of their membership package.
“Logistics UK recognises the growing importance of mental health and wellbeing across the workforce, from HGV drivers and warehouse staff to supply chain managers and logistics leaders,” Green added.
The organisation says the ultimate goal is to ensure that logistics businesses have the right tools to support their most valuable asset: their people.
