e-fulfilment and returns logistics specialist iForce, whose clients include John Lewis, Tesco's, Molton Brown and Boots.com, has announced three key appointments.
Caroline Rook has taken up the position of Operations Manager designate. She will divide her time between iForce's facilities in Birmingham (operated on behalf of John Lewis and Boots.com) and the company's East Molesey and Milton sites. "I am very much looking forward to working within this dynamic and expanding organisation. iForce believes in empowering its staff and there is a culture here that I feel very comfortable with," she said.
Mark Hewitt, CEO of iForce, commented: "I am delighted to welcome Andy, Caroline and Neil into our organisation. I am sure that their wide experience and enthusiasm will help us to achieve our goal of continuous improvement while delivering ever higher levels of service to our customers."
