FKI Logistex expands customer support and services

New customer account teams, additional pan-European support facilities and onsite Logistex personnel boost customer service levels

As part of a strategic plan to enhance customer service levels and provide additional support for the growing European installed base of its advanced automated handling systems, FKI Logistex® has expanded its Customer Support and Service (CSS) operations.

A number of progressive initiatives have been announced by this major global player including the creation of a newly structured customer account management team. This comprises pan-European personnel with responsibility for providing individual customers with a dedicated account manager. These will be on call for all pre and after-market support involving single and multi-site projects in one or more EU countries.

FKI Logistex is also expanding its network of European-based CSS facilities with the addition of two new strategic locations already established and operating in Spain and Holland. Another new key element in providing maximum customer support levels involves the company increasing its focus on basing expert support personnel on-site at all major FKI Logistex projects.

Jerry Woodhouse, Managing Director, European Operations, FKI Logistex, comments: "As our European customer base grows, our objective is to keep well ahead in terms of adequate

support resources. This latest major expansion of our CSS operations is designed to ensure we do always meet or exceed customer demands and expectations. The new dedicated account managers, new European CSS facilities and on-site support personnel are just three examples illustrating how Logistex is geared to provide only the best and most professional back-up for its customers".
