FEIN is adding two compact models to its range of angle grinders. The grinders WS 10, which feature an 800 watt motor, are easy to handle and offer optimum weight balance for continuous use. They can be guided safely and comfortably with one hand and make light work of applications in metal construction, stainless steel machining or vehicle repairs.
Compact angle grinders for continuous use in industry and manual trades
The new angle grinders WS 10 with disc diameters of 115 or 125 mm are designed for light-duty grinding jobs, deburring and removing tarnish or rust. They allow for safe and fatigue-free working, as they are lightweight, just 32 cm long and feature slim handle zones. The self-supporting motor design reduces the vibration of the FEIN angle grinder WS 10 to just 2.5 to 5 m/s2. Users can therefore work continuously for up to eight hours without giving it a second thought; there is also no need for a special anti-vibration handle.
The reliability and power of the "Made in Germany" brand
All of the components in FEIN angle grinders, which are manufactured at the company's headquarters in Germany, are designed to work perfectly together. An extremely precise metal gear head and fibreglass-reinforced plastic motor housing ensure a long service life. The ball bearings are sealed on both sides and also feature dust protection rings, which protect against swarf penetration. Like all FEIN power tools, the FEIN angle grinders WS 10 are equipped with a high-power motor. The 800 watt motors can withstand continuous loads of up to 150 per cent, making them cost-effective, powerful and disc-friendly. All FEIN compact angle grinders are equipped with soft start and a restart lock. A robust H07 industrial cable also ensures safety and a long service life.
Four angle grinders for various areas of use
The FEIN WSG 10-115 is an easy-to-handle compact angle grinder for light-duty deburring and grinding work. A small gear head ensures safe working even in tight spaces. The FEIN WSG 10-125 S is an angle grinder which is also suited to brushing and satin finishing applications. A mechanical gear reduction to an idling speed of 7000 rpm makes it particularly powerful. The two new angle grinders are equipped with a classic switch system and an M14 holder with spindle lock. They are available as 110 V or 230 V variants. The FEIN WSB 10-115 T and WSG 10-115 T, which are already established on the market, are now even safer thanks to the switch-free and dust-protected FEIN TipStart operating concept with AutoStop function. The 230 V FEIN safety angle grinder WSB 10-115 T is also equipped with the electronic brake system (EBS), which stops the disc just three seconds after the button has been released. The safety angle grinder is also equipped with the FEIN QuickIN clamping system for convenient wrench-free tool changes.

FEIN now offers the right solution for various applications and target groups in industry and manual trades with 800 to 2500 watt motors and disc diameters ranging from 115 to 230 mm. The complete range includes the powerful FEIN compact angle grinders WS 10 and WS 14 and angle grinders WS 20 and WS 25, which have 800, 1200, 2000 and 2500 watts of nominal power respectively.
