VISIT FTA ON STAND B14, HALL 5
FTA will be amongst exhibitors from every corner of Europe's bus and coach industry at Euro Bus Expo 2008, which takes place at the National Exhibition Centre in Birmingham from 4-6 November.
Visitors to Stand B14 will be receive FTA's new 2009 training prospectus, giving full details of FTA's Passenger Driver CPC and other training courses. Information on FTA's Specialist Inspection Training, PCV Quality Monitoring and the FTA Bus and Coach Engineering Seminar, to take place on 11 February, will also be included.
The Driver CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence) came into effect in September 2008 for passenger vehicle drivers. FTA Driver CPC courses are offered on a nationwide public course programme or in-company to suit an operator's individual requirements. FTA's influence on current legislation means its knowledge is always accurate and up-to date.
FTA's Vehicle Inspection Service team not only provides a range of UKAS accredited vehicle inspections, it can also offer tailor-made training courses at a company's own premises to ensure that staff can effectively evaluate the condition of their vehicles and maintain them to ensure compliance with O-licence undertakings. The comprehensive courses help prevent failure of vehicles at annual test and roadside checks, and give managers peace of mind that they are operating legally, safely and efficiently.
For further information on any of FTA's services call the FTA Member Service Centre on 08717 112222. Details are available on the FTA website at www.fta.co.uk
