Dexory technology to support Seacon warehouse operations

The deployment covers around 90,000 square metres of racked warehouse space

Seacon Logistics has selected Dexory to deploy its DexoryView platform across two warehouse sites in Maasbree, the Netherlands.

The deployment covers around 90,000 square metres of racked warehouse space at Zonneveld 1 and 3, where Seacon Logistics handles general cargo and fast-moving consumer goods in ambient conditions.

The company said the move will support its focus on data-driven warehouse operations at a time when logistics providers are under pressure to maintain accuracy, performance and service levels while managing labour constraints and growing operational complexity.

DexoryView provides continuous, real-time visibility of warehouse inventory and activity through a digital twin of the operation.

The platform is supported by a photo archive and algorithm-driven insights based on live warehouse movements, giving teams a single source of data to support faster decision-making and improved coordination.

Seacon Logistics said it is already seeing improvements in inventory accuracy and traceability, alongside fewer errors and less manual intervention.

The company said access to high-frequency data is also helping teams identify issues earlier, improve workflow efficiency and reduce reliance on labour-intensive inventory counts.

Ruud Timmermans, CEO at Seacon Logistics, said: “Real-time visibility into warehouse operations is essential to maintaining performance and service quality in increasingly complex supply chains.

“Dexory enables us to improve inventory accuracy and traceability while reducing manual effort. It also gives us up-to-date data that supports consistent decision-making and stronger operational control across our sites.”

Oana Jinga, co-founder and chief commercial and product officer at Dexory, said accurate, real-time data was critical for logistics providers operating at scale.

“By deploying DexoryView, Seacon Logistics is gaining continuous visibility into its warehouse operations, enabling faster decision-making, more efficient workflows and stronger operational performance,” she said.

The partnership will focus on ongoing feedback and optimisation, with DexoryView expected to support Seacon Logistics’ long-term aim of improving efficiency, accuracy and data reliability.
