Christian Salvesen, the logistics company that specialises in the
storage and transportation of industrial products, has been granted continued certification to the Quality Standard ISO9001:2000 and Environmental Standard ISO18001:2004.
The certificates were awarded by accreditation body Moody International and recognise the robustness of Christian Salvesen's processes, together with their focus on continual improvement.
Allen Dixon, the Group Quality Manager for Christian Salvesen said: "Having our management and environmental systems approved in this way demonstrates our commitment to delivering high standards of customer service.
"We provide services for a variety of customers in the industrial sector, who demand reliability and quality. By pushing at the boundaries and challenging each other, we can achieve consistent and cost effective improvements over a long term period."
Christian Salvesen has also embarked on implementing a Health and Safety Management System, which will enable the company to conform to OHSAS18001 in the near future.
