During a short presentation he praised the apprentices for their contribution to Cartwright and their important role in the company, setting a fine example for this years intake. This year has seen the largest number of applications to the programme since its inception.
Mark Cartwright said, of the event: “Well done to all our apprentices who have shown us a lot of hard work and dedication over the past four years.
“Over the years every one of our apprentices has helped make a real contribution to Cartwright and have played a significant part in helping to drive the business forward.
“We look forward to continue working with our apprentice graduates as they embark upon the next phase of their careers.”
Following the completion of the apprentice programme, graduates are given a position in their chosen field with further opportunities for development. Last year saw Cartwright apprentice Josh Redfern awarded ‘Apprentice of the Year’ at the Commercial Motor Awards for his remarkable commitment to the scheme.
